  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with the MarkLogic COE and AEI Claims team to ensure seamless project integration and adherence to best practices.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track project milestones, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement proactive corrective actions to maintain delivery timelines.
  • Resource & Documentation Management: Develop comprehensive project documentation, including resource allocation plans, budget tracking, and technical roadmaps.
  • Innovation Leadership: Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for NoSQL innovation that improve claims processing efficiency.

Technical Depth & Qualifications

  • Technology Stack: Mastery of MarkLogic (version 10 or higher preferred), NoSQL methodologies, and MarkLogic Administration protocols.
  • Compliance Standards: Deep understanding of data integrity and security protocols relevant to large-scale healthcare data systems (e.g., HIPAA, HITRUST).
  • Professional Experience: 10–14 years of progressive experience in Information Technology, with a significant focus on database program management.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study.
  • Project Methodology: Demonstrated success in managing complex technical programs within a hybrid work environment.
