• Position: Program Manager – MES

Role Summary

The Program Manager will provide end-to-end leadership for MES initiatives at the Danvers manufacturing site. This includes planning, governance, execution, and delivery of MES programs aligned with business and operational goals.

The role involves deploying the Critical Manufacturing MES platform, supporting real-time production visibility, and transitioning from paper-based processes to electronic DHR (eDHR).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead MES program governance, planning, and execution
• Manage end-to-end delivery (scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality)
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and site leadership
• Ensure smooth go-live and hypercare support with minimal production disruption
• Oversee integrations with systems like BPCS ERP, CSOD, and equipment interfaces
• Drive change management, training, and adoption readiness
• Provide executive-level reporting and insights
• Lead risk, issue, and financial management

Required Experience

• Proven experience managing MES implementations (end-to-end)
• Strong program/project management expertise
• Experience in manufacturing environments / shop floor execution
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s degree required

As per the requirement, we are specifically looking for candidates with strong end-to-end MES implementation experience, including:

• Direct involvement in MES deployment and go-live
• Strong understanding of shop floor manufacturing processes
• Experience with operator adoption, eDHR, and production execution
