Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual as a Program Manager (m/f/d) – Global Sales / Go to market to take our international sales strategy to the next level. Are you an entrepreneurially thinking person with a strong sense of structure, impact, and interface management?

You will be part of our international team and work closely with Sales, Service, and central functions. As the direct point of contact for our Senior Director Global Hiring Solutions, you will gain deep insight into strategic initiatives and develop our go-to-market strategies.

Your focus: Scaling and further developing our Global Hiring product within our sales organization.

Your Tasks

• Program and Project Responsibility: You will be responsible for planning, managing, and implementing strategic programs related to Global Hiring. You will work closely with sales management and drive topics from idea to roll-out.
• Growth and Strategy: You will identify growth opportunities and customer needs in the international recruiting environment and develop clear recommendations for action from them.
