Responsibilities

Requirements

• Deep commitment to the organization’s mission and a proven track record in program management within the non‑profit sector
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Public Administration, International Development, or a related field (required)
  • Master’s degree (preferred)
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in program design, management, and evaluation
  • Demonstrated success in fundraising and grant management
• Skills:
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills
  • Proficiency with virtual collaboration tools and remote team management
