Program Manager OR Agile Scrum Master

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project / Program Manager IT 4 (Scrum Master / Agile) to lead and support enterprise transformation initiatives within a dynamic IT environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile project delivery, Scrum leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional program execution. This role requires close collaboration with both IT and business teams to drive successful project outcomes, governance, and continuous delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Agile/Scrum project execution across multiple teams.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and communication of project activities and deliverables.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including:
  • Sprint Planning
  • Daily Standups
  • Sprint Reviews
  • Retrospectives
• Ensure adherence to Scrum frameworks and Agile best practices.
• Drive collaboration between IT teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
• Develop and maintain:
  • Project charters
  • Project plans
  • Budgets
  • Status reports
  • Governance documentation
• Manage risks, dependencies, and project timelines.
• Support organizational change management initiatives.
• Provide operational leadership for transformation programs and strategic initiatives.
• Communicate project updates and business outcomes to stakeholders and sponsors.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor s Degree in:
  • Computer Science
  • Computer Engineering
  • Information Technology
  • Related Technical Field

Experience

• 8+ years of experience in:
  • IT Project Management
  • Program Management
  • Scrum Master / Agile Delivery
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives involving IT and business teams.

• Scrum Master leadership and facilitation experience
• Azure DevOps
• Microsoft Project
• Project planning and scheduling

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Mainframe and distributed applications
• Experience with Dealer System Integrations within Client environments
• PMP or PMI Certification preferred
