The lead will be responsible for maturing portfolio management functions and ensuring all initiatives align with Navy Medicine strategic goals.

Position Overview
iQuasr LLC is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to provide Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Process Improvement and Project Management support to the Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED). You will lead the effort to mature and standardize portfolio and project management functions, ensuring all PI programs align with Navy Medicine's strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management Standardization: Establish and maintain a standardized framework for project tracking, documentation, and reporting based on PMI best practices.
- Process Improvement Oversight: Support projects utilizing Lean Six Sigma (LSS) and "Get Real Get Better" (GRGB) methodologies, specifically using DMAIC and DMADV tools.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with leadership across BUMED echelons to translate business needs into actionable telecommunications and operational requirements.
- Portfolio Management: Develop standardized SOPs, charters, and presentations to promote a common understanding of portfolio management across stakeholders.
- Reporting & Compliance: Deliver comprehensive Monthly Status Reports (MSRs) and Weekly Status Updates covering project risks, schedules, and financial performance.
- Mentorship: Conduct mentoring sessions for Lean Six Sigma candidates (Green and Black Belts) to verify knowledge transfer and technical accuracy.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Clearance: Must possess an active Secret Clearance.
- Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (Business, Engineering, or Healthcare Administration preferred).
- Certification: Must hold a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience specifically after receiving the PMP certification.
- Proven working knowledge of Navy and Marine Corps Operational Environments.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Lean Six Sigma principles adhering to the ASQ Black Belt Book of Knowledge.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (SharePoint, Excel) and portfolio management tools.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience with Navy Medicine or BUMED-specific systems (e.g., SPIDR).
- Strong background in Knowledge Management (KM) and automated process solutions.
