NAVA Software solutions is looking for a Program Manager for one of our clients.

Details:

• Duration: 6-12 months
• Location: 100% Remote (Need to work in EST)

Note: Mandatory Financial/Mortgage domain exp.

Responsibilities

• Experience forming a new program to support the strategic direction of the organization
• Experience analyzing and escalating program and project risks
• Experience leading program meetings and discussions
• Experience ensuring goals are met in areas including team performance and program performance

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program or project management experience
• 5-7 years of experience leading and managing a team
