A company is looking for a Program Manager- Retail Construction for a financial client in the EST time zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervision, training, and performance evaluations for staff
- Coordinate daily team activities and manage cross-functional projects to ensure timely completion
- Create and distribute PMO reports, including status updates and Gantt charts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience may be considered
- PgMP or PMP certifications preferred
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
- Sophisticated math skills for financial-related calculations
