Your Daily Life

The Gennevilliers Campus is at the heart of the design, development, and support activities for major defense systems: radiocommunications, resilient infrastructure networks and systems, satellite communications, collaborative combat, and cybersecurity. Located north of Paris, it is quickly accessible by public transport.

WHO ARE YOU?

• As an engineer by training or equivalent, you have demonstrated a recognized ability to manage a cross-functional team, not only internally but also in cooperation in an international context.
• You have at least 10 years of experience as a program manager or bid manager in the telecommunications field, in an international environment.
• You are fluent in English and have strong synthesis skills, in addition to certain technical skills in the fields sought.
• You demonstrate leadership and recognized listening skills with clients.
• You have shown your ability to adapt and broaden your skills to areas related to those you master.
• You demonstrate great agility in work regarding the dynamics of the Capture phases.
• You are open to short but frequent business trips in Northern Europe.

WHAT WE CAN ACCOMPLISH TOGETHER:

Within the Europe and NATO activity of MNW, our department is responsible for managing a wide range of projects and responding to numerous calls for tenders from institutional clients (NATO, EU) and European defense ministries.

In this context, our main mission is to formulate competitive and differentiating offers, with the aim of significantly strengthening Thales' presence in European and NATO markets. We aim in particular to increase our market share and establish leading positions with our strategic clients.

Our department also manages the operational implementation of won projects.

This involves:

• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams spread across France and Northern Europe,
• Rigorous management of contracts, schedules, and budgets,
• Compliance with client and regulatory requirements,
• Our commitment is to provide reliable, high-performance solutions adapted to the specific needs of each program, thus contributing to the success of European and NATO missions.
• Identifying, structuring, and presenting the differentiation and competitiveness axes of the offer in line with the group's strategy.
• Taking charge of contractual and operational management
• Planning, reporting, monitoring contractual execution
• Coordination of internal resources and external partners
• Managing client relations, anticipating evolving needs
• Ensuring profitability, client satisfaction, and compliance with contractual commitments (quality, costs, deadlines, performance).
