At the heart of Saint Quentin en Yvelines, the Elancourt site is one of Thales's most important technological centers of excellence. The diversity and technicality of systems and equipment mobilize know-how in more than 80 professions in high-tech defense and security solutions and digital services.
As a Program Manager, at #ThalesServicesNumériques, you will have the opportunity to work in close collaboration with S3NS, an alliance between Thales, a French leader in cybersecurity, and Google, a world leader in Cloud.
You will contribute to the development and delivery of innovative and reliable solutions combining technological expertise and high-level security, in order to effectively serve the varied needs of our clients.
You will be responsible for managing complex projects, coordinating teams, and managing client relationships. You will ensure the success of projects within deadlines, budgets, and quality objectives.
Your Daily Life
Be responsible for delivery commitments and client relations
You will manage client relations and coordinate various stakeholders in line with delivery objectives. You will be responsible for client satisfaction across all projects. You will lead business follow-up meetings with the client and facilitate client workshops. You will understand your client's strategic challenges and roadmap.
Manage all teams and delivery
You will have overall responsibility and be supported by a multi-skilled team to achieve delivery objectives. You will coordinate program organization stakeholders across all France and near-shore/off-shore components.
Monitor and coordinate operations and quality indicators
You will plan and participate in governance committees and justify your action and continuous improvement plans: Supervision of commitments and deliverable production, risk monitoring, quality and work package performance indicator monitoring… You will participate in steering and strategic committees. You will manage escalations and set up task forces in crisis situations.
Responsible for the financial monitoring of Programs
You will carry out financial monitoring and reporting for each project with the support of the pole manager and PMOs (invoicing, pre-sales pipeline, revenue, order intake, cash flow…). You will carry out financial consolidation for your entire scope. You will implement order intake/revenue roadmaps and forecasts…
Participate in offers and business development for your Program
You will participate in the development of offers jointly with sales, partners, and the technical and consulting department of the BU. You will identify and track opportunities (participation in Gates and Thales Services Numériques processes). You will be responsible for project design: RFP (Response to Call for Tenders), Investigate, proposals, costing, milestones, deliverables, commitments… You will, in conjunction with the sales function, be active in the strategic development of the account in line with the business unit's strategic objectives (SBP).
Your Profile
Education: Master's degree (engineering school or university with a specialization in IT or management).
Experience: Proven experience in managing complex projects, particularly in the context of digital transformation. An experience in consulting and pre-sales is a plus.
Key Skills:
Leadership and management: Leading multidisciplinary teams, functional resource management, performance monitoring, and stakeholder management (internal and external).
Digital transformation expertise: Good command of issues related to cloud, DevOps, SRE, and multi-platform management.
Project management: Rigorous monitoring of contractual, budgetary, planning, and delivery aspects ("on time delivery").
Client relations: Ability to negotiate, listen, and maintain a quality, long-term client relationship.
Market knowledge: Experience in digital services companies (ESN) and understanding of strategic issues related to digital transformations.
International culture: Experience in managing programs combining application and infrastructure scopes, with near-shore/off-shore production, and proficiency in English.
