WHO YOU ARE

• Holder of a BAC+5 degree, you have successful experience in managing outsourcing contracts.
• A true leader, you will lead and unite heterogeneous cross-functional teams around motivating projects.
• Do you already have experience in outsourcing, MCO / MCS of Information Systems and master the technologies used?
• Do you have initial experience with contracts focused on Cloud Service Providers (GCP, AZURE, AWS, OVH), SecNumCloud and on projects to migrate to the Public Cloud (Move to Cloud (M2C))?
• With a proven taste for customer relations, are you recognized for your rigor, your autonomy and your relational excellence?
• Proactive, you know how to be organized and appreciate challenges.

YOUR MISSIONS:

Attached to Thales' digital activities, you will be attached to the Business Unit Entreprises, which addresses the private market.

Within our Entity, you will be responsible for managing a global outsourcing contract for our clients.

You will carry out the following main missions:

• Be the preferred point of contact for the client
• Represent the contract's commitments to the Client
• Contribute significantly to customer satisfaction
• Manage contributors to commitments (SLA, KPI, etc.), delivery is provided from our service centers in France and nearshore
• Guarantee the quality of the service contract
• Ensure compliance with project delivery deadlines
• Contribute significantly to continuous service improvement
• Ensure coordination between the client and the project teams
• Provide reporting to the client (contractual steering committee) and Thales management
• Lead the Steering Committee
• English read, written, spoken, exchanges with SDMs in Romania will be planned and regular in the case of contracts delivered in nearshore.
