Our client is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Program Manager to lead and oversee impactful social initiatives. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute to meaningful change from any location. The Program Manager will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and successful delivery of various social impact projects from inception to completion. This involves defining project scopes, setting clear objectives, developing comprehensive project plans, and managing budgets effectively. You will work closely with stakeholders, including community partners, beneficiaries, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and foster collaboration.
Key responsibilities include identifying potential project opportunities, conducting feasibility studies, and securing necessary resources. You will oversee project timelines, monitor progress, and proactively identify and mitigate risks. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. A strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is essential, along with proven experience in managing complex projects, preferably within the non‑profit or social sector. Experience with grant management and reporting is highly advantageous. Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Proven experience in managing complex projects, preferably within the non-profit or social sector.
