About the role
Job Summary
North American Institute of Medical Aesthetics (NAIMA) is one of Canada's providers of hands‑on medical aesthetics training, delivering accredited courses and workshops across multiple cities nationwide. As we scale our programs coast to coast, we're looking for a results‑driven individual with a medical background and proven sales ability to build and lead our enrollment function from the ground up — remotely, on your terms.
What You'll Own
- Lead and Scale: Own the entire student enrollment funnel from prospecting to onboarding across all NAIMA locations in Canada.
- Prospect & Engage: Identify and engage qualified candidates, including physicians, nurses, dentists, and allied health professionals.
- Close with Confidence: Present NAIMA's comprehensive course offerings, handle objections, and successfully close enrollment agreements.
- Pipeline Development: Use CRM tools and targeted outreach strategies to build and scale a robust pipeline of prospective students.
- Representation: Virtually represent NAIMA at medical conferences, online expos, and professional networking events across Canada.
- Market Insights: Provide leadership with valuable market intelligence, including course demand, gaps, and competitive analysis.
- Results‑Driven Accountability: Track and report on enrollment KPIs weekly, ensuring full accountability for hitting growth targets.
Who You Are
- Medical or Allied Health Professional: You hold a medical or allied health credential (IMG, RN, RPN, PA, dentist, or equivalent).
- Proven Sales Leader: You bring 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or enrollment, with a track record of successfully closing deals.
- Credible in the Medical Community: You understand the medical field and speak their language with authority and credibility.
- Entrepreneurial and Autonomous: You thrive in a fully remote, high‑autonomy environment and are driven by results.
- Owner’s Mentality: You think like an owner and are eager to take on responsibility — with the potential to grow into an ownership role with high performance.
- Aesthetics and Education Experience: Prior experience in medical aesthetics, wellness, or continuing medical education is a strong asset.
