About the role

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a large-scale, cross-functional Supply Chain transformation initiative. This role will focus on program governance, executive communication, stakeholder alignment, roadmap execution, and operational delivery across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead program strategy, governance cadence, and cross-functional alignment initiatives
  • Communicate program updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and executive sponsors
  • Prepare executive-level status reports including forecasts, risks, KPIs, and mitigation plans
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings, governance reviews, and roadmap planning sessions
  • Maintain program documentation including RAID logs, RACI matrices, roadmaps, and process playbooks
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to support successful delivery
  • Manage vendor and co-sourced delivery relationships
  • Support resource planning and staffing alignment across workstreams
  • Partner with IT, cybersecurity, finance, and business stakeholders to remove blockers and drive decisions
  • Monitor program KPIs and recommend corrective actions when necessary

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Program or Senior Project Management experience
  • Experience managing large-scale cross-functional technology initiatives
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with forecasting, financial reporting, and governance management
  • Ability to manage risks, escalations, and executive-level reporting
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
  • PMP, PgMP, or related certification preferred

Preferred Experience

  • Supply Chain or Procurement domain experience
  • Experience with process intelligence or process mining initiatives
  • Background managing blended delivery or co-sourced teams
  • Experience building enterprise operating models and support strategies
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
