We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead the delivery of all Xebia services for our key client based in Paris, France. This role demands close collaboration with the Xebia team (Delivery Managers, Global Client Partner, service line & CoE leaders, resourcing managers, and Xebia leadership) and the client to ensure a seamless experience, service continuity, and support for upsell/cross-sell activities that drive the client's business and strengthen our relationship.
The Program Manager will drive account transformation by proactively managing current projects, large deals, strategic client conversations, deal quality (shifting to mature, outcome-based collaboration), and delivery plan execution.
Key Responsibilities
Client-Facing:
own and execute global and regional programs as the first point of contact for delivery and operations across all regions where Xebia serves the client,
partner closely with C-suite client stakeholders: deliver regular progress updates, gather feedback, and ensure top-notch performance,
participate in cross-region client discussions (online and in-person), including global governance and reporting,
build business-value frameworks, agree on delivery metrics and KPIs to meet client expectations, and provide regular progress reports,
make delivery excellence, innovation, and acceleration visible to the client within agreed success criteria and metrics,
highlight added value and showcase it to the client,
ensure delivery continuity and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities in close cooperation with the Global Client Partner, serving as the primary face to the client in Paris and other locations,
Internal
build and implement a strategic delivery plan to position Xebia as a true global partner, including joint strategies with the client, fulfillment, performance management, innovation, and solutioning support,
track delivery effectiveness, improvements, and program profitability,
partner intimately with Delivery Managers (Poland, India, Netherlands, and beyond) for cross-region alignment,
collaborate with the Global Client Partner for seamless internal communication with Xebia global leadership and the client,
support the Global Client Partner in expanding the client across service lines and locations by identifying needs, adapting our global portfolio, and ensuring CoE readiness across areas and regions,
engage in tandem with key Xebia team members (architects, consultants, BAs) and the presales team to lead new client initiatives,
report delivery progress in regular internal governance sessions to Xebia stakeholders, ensuring sufficient support via appraisals/escalations as needed,
oversee global resourcing processes and establish frameworks for a scalable delivery model,
engage all Xebia service lines and CoEs to maximize client value from our services and partner network.
