This is a 12-month contract role supporting the Global Legal Strategies & Policy team as a Program/Project Management specialist. No legal background is needed—the focus is on consulting-style project management for complex, cross-functional programs in a global, matrixed environment. Pharma/healthcare experience is preferred but not required.

Key Candidate Requirements

  • Profile: Strong consulting experience with cross-functional initiatives; proven PM skills in planning, tracking, and executing multi-stakeholder programs.
  • Core Skills:
    • Excellent written/verbal communication.
    • Build/execute project plans.
    • Create executive presentations.
    • Turn ambiguity into actionable plans.
    • Thrive in global teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Program Manager and teams.
  • Develop/maintain strategies for goals.
  • Coordinate timelines, milestones, deliverables.
  • Track progress, risks; aid issue resolution.

Required Tech/Tools

Hands-on with AI assistants/automation (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Ligora) and project platforms. Familiarity with data analytics to derive insights for reporting/decisions.
