About
As a Program Manager, you will play a central role in the steering and implementation of the NOVA transformation program. Your focus will be on the consistent implementation of the defined initiatives and the realization of the targeted economic effects.
Together with the responsible managers, you will actively drive the implementation of measures, create transparency about progress and impact, and support the early identification and overcoming of obstacles.
Responsibilities
Driving the transformation forward
- Support Workstream Leads in implementing transformation measures
- Translate defined initiatives into concrete work packages and milestones
- Identify implementation obstacles and support the development of suitable solutions
Ensuring results-oriented steering
- Steer initiatives with a focus on measurable results (e.g., performance improvements, efficiency gains, or structural changes)
- Regularly review target achievement and derive measures in case of deviations
Creating transparency about progress and risks
- Build and maintain transparent progress and impact monitoring
- Analyze progress, risks, and dependencies, and prepare decision-making bases for management
Ensuring structure and implementation speed
- Ensure a clear implementation rhythm within the program (e.g., status meetings and decision-making processes)
- Moderate cross-departmental coordination and support the prioritization of high-impact measures
Qualifications
Professional Qualification
- Several years of experience in project, program, or transformation management
- Experience in implementing complex change or improvement initiatives
Methodological and Implementation Competence
- Ability to translate strategic goals into concrete implementation measures
- Experience in building and using steering and reporting structures
Personal Competencies
- Strong implementation and results orientation
- Ability to structure and present complex topics clearly
- Confident demeanor and assertiveness when interacting with managers
- High degree of personal responsibility, pragmatism, and a drive to shape things
