About Seedling Foundation

Seedling Foundation was founded in November 2021 and supports initiatives and organizations in Switzerland and internationally that develop and implement innovative solutions in the field of climate protection. Our focus area is the agricultural and food system, which is the second-largest cause of climate-damaging emissions worldwide after energy production.

Our funding strategy for the coming years is focused on the following four thematic areas:

• Sustainable food production
• Sustainable & healthy nutrition
• Food waste & circular economy
• Climate awareness & climate justice

For the further expansion of our funding portfolio "Food Waste & Circular Economy", we are looking for an entrepreneurially thinking, committed, and experienced Program Manager, with a workload of 80-100%.

Your Tasks

• Identification and evaluation of new project ideas and funding projects
• Advising project partners in the application process and independently accompanying existing funding partnerships, both content-wise and administratively
• Initiation and examination of possible co-funding and active support during the implementation phase
• Strategic further development of the thematic project portfolio
• Further network development and maintenance in the relevant thematic area
• Participation in the further development of the organization (incl. administrative work, events, etc.)
