THE ROLE

As a Programmatic Specialist, you will play a key role in managing and optimizing media activations, directly contributing to the digital success of our clients.

Your responsibilities:

Strategic Execution:

  • Develop and optimize programmatic campaigns across platforms such as DV360 and Amazon DSP, spanning various channels: Display, Video, DOOH, CTV, Audio
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven strategic recommendations to meet business objectives
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and propose optimizations aligned with brand goals and challenges

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Work closely with client internal teams (Influence, CRM, Data, Social Media), as well as Cosmo5’s Search teams, to ensure campaign coherence and synergy
  • Communicate regularly with clarity and transparency to clients and partner agencies to build trust and share results
  • Contribute to educating internal teams on programmatic topics and share best practices and emerging trends, technological innovations, and development opportunities
  • Collaborate with strategic partners (Google, Amazon) to implement innovative solutions and lead key initiatives

PROFILE

Experience:

  • Previous experience in programmatic media activation, social ads, or search is an asset
  • Knowledgeable with DSPs such as Amazon DSP, DV360, The Trade Desk. Google Ads, or Meta Business Manager is a plus

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and precision

Personal Attributes:

  • Highly organized, autonomous, and able to prioritize effectively
  • Team player with adaptability and excellent communication skills
  • Languages: fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
