About the role
Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Develop integrated project plans encompassing scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Team Leadership: Lead project teams, both internal and external, to ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Risk Management: Guide the team in identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation plans for successful project delivery.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members to enhance collaboration and project success.
- Communication: Maintain open communication channels with project partners, providing regular updates and reports.

Experience Requirement

- Possess excellent leadership, communication, management, and interpersonal skills.
Meeting Facilitation
- Conduct effective project meetings, workshops, and other necessary forums.
Influence and Negotiation
- Ability to support and influence project decisions through prioritization and data.
Project Management Knowledge
- Familiarity with various project management methodologies.
Insurance Background
- While not mandatory, having a background in insurance is considered an asset.
Tools Proficiency
- Proficient in MS Project, Microsoft S.
