Your daily life
The Gennevilliers Campus is at the heart of the design, development, and support activities for major defense systems: radiocommunications, resilient infrastructure networks and systems, satellite communications, collaborative combat, and cybersecurity. Located north of Paris, it is easily accessible by public transport.
The DES (Strategic Deterrence and Electromagnetism) department has developed expertise and technological building blocks in several areas complementary to its core business, particularly in electromagnetic detection sensors for counter-IED and anti-drone warfare, pulsed power sources and Directed Energy Weapons, and harsh electromagnetic environments (EMC, TEMPEST...).
The department now wishes to hire a Capture Leader to structure its offering in these areas and accelerate the valorization of these technologies with clients.
Your missions will be:
- Act as Project Manager on projects within the CTD (Sensors, Tempest, and Hardening) competence center and instrumentation activities.
To do this, you will need to demonstrate good teamwork skills, rigor, organizational skills, and the ability to adjust processes considering the nature of these types of projects.
Be responsible for the role of WPM (Work Package Manager) on various projects within the CTD competence center's activities,
Be responsible for planning work, setting up work packages and tasks, coordinating the technical team, monitoring actions, and organizing project reviews.
The projects concerned are related to engineering activities for protecting communication systems against Electromagnetic environments (Lightning, High Fields, TEMPEST, EMC, DREP, Co-existence).
Your profile:
Your priority is to work in embedded systems by joining a project team composed of high-level experts?
Do you aspire to work on high-tech projects?
Do you have at least 5 years of experience in technical project management roles?
Do you have a Master's degree (Bac +5) and/or an Electronics Engineering degree with expertise in:
Technical project management
Electromagnetism: lightning, tempest, EMC, etc.
Are rigor and organization recognized strengths of yours?
