Your Mission

  • Own and orchestrate our enterprise partner project, ensuring successful delivery and long-term value.
  • Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive program plan, covering timelines, resourcing, dependencies, and budget.
  • Drive alignment across multiple product managers, engineering teams, sales, and marketing to ensure coordinated execution.
  • Track progress, proactively identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as the primary interface to our partner, building a strong, trusted relationship.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing clear status updates and managing expectations.
  • Capture learnings and ensure knowledge-sharing across the organisation.

Must-haves

  • 7–10 years of experience in program or project management, with at least 3–5 years leading large-scale technical integrations or enterprise-level initiatives.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a startup or scale-up environment, while managing collaborations with large enterprises.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Strong technical "literacy": ability to understand system architectures, APIs, and integration concepts well enough to comfortably engage in technical discussions independently.
  • Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
  • A structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.

Bonus points for

  • Experience with SAP products, ecosystems, or integrations.
  • PMP or equivalent program management certifications.
  • Technical background (computer science degree or hands-on engineering experience).
