About The Role

This position requires direct interaction with end users to gather feedback and translate it into effective UI/UX designs. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of relevant experience, a solid understanding of Machine Learning applications, and proficiency in coding languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL. Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure) is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web-based UIs supporting large data analytics efforts
• Collaborate with data science teams to incorporate data visualizations such as images, time series, and maps
• Integrate Oracle databases and APIs for data read/write operations
• Use data visualization tools like Tableau and develop code within GitLab CI/CD pipelines
• Engage directly with users to refine UI/UX designs and functionalities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (additional years of experience can substitute)
• 10+ years of experience in relevant roles such as software engineering or data science
• Demonstrated experience with web development, data visualization, and user interaction
• Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) preferred
• Current TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph

Preferred Skills

• Experience in AI/ML, including ethical considerations and deployment of AI features
• Familiarity with Palantir Foundry, React.js, Plotly/Dash, or graphic creation
• Ability to work with gen-AI features and advanced visualization tools
