Our client in the city of Graz is an established, medium-sized software company specializing in highly specialized IT solutions for the construction industry. For years, well-known companies have relied on the precision and reliability of the desktop applications developed here. To strengthen the well-coordinated development team, we are looking for a passionate programmer with a focus on performance and usability as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

• Desktop Development: You will be leading the conception and further development of complex Windows applications.
• Backend & Data: You will optimize database connectivity and ensure efficient data management using MSSQL.
• Technology Radar: You will evaluate new technologies and assist in deciding how modern approaches (e.g., Rust or cross-platform frameworks like Flutter) can be integrated into the existing architecture.
• Clean Code: You value sustainable software architecture and actively participate in code reviews and process optimizations.

Your Profile

• C# Expert: You have sound experience in developing Windows desktop applications (C# / .NET). Note: This position explicitly focuses on desktop, not web development.
• SQL Pro: You are proficient in using MSSQL (database design, query optimization).
• Innovative Spirit: Ideally, you have already gained initial experience with Rust or Flutter or have a strong interest in learning these areas.
• Personality: You work precisely, think analytically, and appreciate working in a stable, technically proficient team.
• Languages: Very good German skills are required for internal communication and documentation.
