Responsibilities

As Senior Product Manager, you will be the strategic owner of Viiala’s product portfolio. You will drive product vision, roadmap, and execution across our categories. This role requires a leader who combines strategic thinking with deep technical understanding and an eye for design and consumer experience. You will act as the bridge between engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to ensure Viiala creates category-defining products that embody our luxury DNA and global ambition.

Program Ownership & Planning

• Own the overall engineering program and development timeline
• Define and maintain the integrated project plan across all work packages
• Ensure alignment of milestones
• Coordinate steering committee meetings and monthly status updates

Dependency & Risk Management

• Identify and manage dependencies across:
  • Drive System
  • Smart System
  • Electrical Architecture
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Digital Product
• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Ensure early escalation of critical issues

Execution Management

• Drive delivery across all engineering domains
• Ensure that teams meet defined milestones and objectives
• Track progress and ensure transparency across the organization

Cross-Functional Alignment

• Align engineering, product, and supplier activities
• Ensure consistent communication across all stakeholders
• Support decision-making by providing structured insights and trade-offs

Process & Tools

• Define and implement program management processes
• Own planning tools and structures (e.g. Jira, roadmaps, reporting)
• Ensure consistency and scalability of project management practices

Collaboration with technical project manager

• Work closely with the Technical Project Manager (coordination role)
• Ensure alignment between:
  • Day-to-day coordination
  • Overall program execution
• Provide structure and direction while enabling efficient team collaboration

Profile & Experience

• 8–12+ years in:
  • Program or project management
  • Complex product development environments
• Experience managing:
  • Hardware + software integrated products
  • Cross-functional engineering teams

Capabilities

• Strong program structuring and planning skills
• Ability to manage complexity and dependencies
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies
