Program/Project Manager

Akkodis is seeking a Portfolio / Program Manager for a contract position with a client located in Philadelphia, PA ; Wilmington, DE or Wayne, PA (Hybrid--3days onsite in a week).

Rate Range: $65-$70/hr on W2 without benefits, The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors

Position Overview: The Portfolio / Program Manager for the Data Strategy effort is responsible for orchestrating, aligning, and facilitating delivery of a coordinated set of initiatives that advance the enterprise data strategy. This role focuses on cross-functional program orchestration, milestone management, change enablement, value tracking, and stakeholder communication.

Required Qualifications • 7–10+ years of experience in program/portfolio management, transformation leadership, or enterprise initiative coordination. • Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise programs. • Experience with change management and cross-functional program delivery. • Familiarity with data governance concepts (awareness required; operational expertise is not required). • Proficiency with program/portfolio management tools.

Preferred Qualifications • Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Prosci, or Agile-related certifications. • Experience coordinating data-related, technology, or digital transformation initiatives. • Experience using project management tools such as Sensei, Asana, etc.
