Required Experience: Senior - over 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description. With a minimum of 7 years of experience supporting NAVAIR and/or Naval Aviation Enterprise.

Desired Experience: Experience in program management, accounting, business finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organizational management.

Functional Description

Tekla Research requires a Senior Program Analyst familiar with software development. The successful candidate will be responsible for tablet, server, and embedded software development across the full range of Adversary Mission Systems projects. This position will leverage experience in Development, Security, and Operations (CI/CD, Git), agile development, software architecture, and software design. This analyst will manage complex technical software systems and programs critical to Naval Aviation’s adversary threat training requirements.

Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Performs various tasks related to the development, operation, evaluation, and improvement of weapon systems supportability and/or maintainability programs and information systems.

Salary

The projected salary range for this position is $110,000-$140,000; however, this is not a guarantee of salary. Salary will be set based on education, experience and contractual requirements.
