Project Accountant – Construction
Location: Bloomingdale
Schedule: On-site, 7–4 or 8–5

A stable, family‑oriented electrical construction company is seeking a Project Accountant with strong experience in construction pay applications, lien waivers, and change orders. This role supports one Project Manager and handles billing for several active projects in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly construction pay applications
• Collect and verify lien waivers for subcontractors and vendors
• Process high‑volume change orders
• Review PM billing, make revisions, and submit final invoices to the GC
• Coordinate subcontractor payments and documentation
• Communicate daily with PMs to resolve billing issues
• Use COINS ERP and basic Excel

• Construction accounting background
• Detail‑oriented, reliable, proactive
• No degree required
