About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support third-party onboarding and change initiatives within our Commercial Payments environment.

This role focuses on coordination, governance, and tracking across multiple stakeholders including Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and external partners. You will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Governance • Maintain and manage project plans, milestones, and dependency logs • Act as the central coordination point across stakeholders • Track progress, risks, issues, and ensure timely escalations • Maintain a single source of truth for project status and documentation

Third-Party Onboarding Lifecycle Management

1. Scoping & Initiation • Coordinate requirements gathering workshops • Manage and maintain Statement of Work (SoW) documentation • Track scope alignment, assumptions, and approvals

2. UAT Connectivity • Track connectivity (IPSEC) and environment readiness • Coordinate CAB submissions, approvals, and scheduling • Monitor change freeze periods

3. UAT Execution • Coordinate UAT planning, walkthroughs, and execution • Track defects, retesting, and resolution • Ensure formal UAT sign-off

4. Production & Pilot • Coordinate production connectivity and release activities • Align with change windows and release calendars • Track pilot execution and outcomes

5. Project Closure • Support handover to BAU teams • Ensure all documentation and approvals are completed • Monitor early-life support and stability

Requirements

Experience • 3–5+ years experience as a Project Administrator / Project Coordinator • Experience in IT, Banking, Payments, or Financial Services (highly preferred) • Exposure to system implementations, onboarding, or integration projects

Skills & Competencies • Strong project coordination and organizational skills • Excellent stakeholder management and communication • Solid understanding of project governance and lifecycle • Ability to manage multiple priorities and dependencies • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

Tools & Technologies • Jira / Azure DevOps • MS Project / Excel / SharePoint • Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies

Advantageous • Exposure to: • CAB (Change Advisory Board) processes • UAT coordination • Connectivity / network environments (IPSEC, firewalls) • Certifications: • PRINCE2 / CAPM / PMP / Agile
