Join our growing Canada Environment & Health consulting team, dedicated to enhancing project efficiency across Ontario, British Columbia, and Alberta. As a Project Assistant, you'll coordinate project setups, track budgets, manage client communications, and support technical report preparations, all while collaborating with a diverse group of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create streamlined processes for project continuity
- Assist in contract tracking, billing, and administration
- Manage client communications through CRM
- Edit technical reports and proposals efficiently
- Monitor bids and tenders for project managers
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required
- Exposure to consulting or engineering environments highly desired
- Expert in MS Office and PDF editing software
- Strong digital literacy and adaptability to new software
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
