Your mission as a Project Management Officer

En tant que copilote du chef de projet, vous coordonnez et supervisez la gestion de projets complexes, en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes opérationnelles.

A challenging daily routine with rich responsibilities:

• You pilot the monitoring of actions and internal control plans for projects, programs, or portfolios.
• You are responsible for the schedule and adherence to deadlines.
• You lead the process for characterizing and managing risks & opportunities.
• You enable cost piloting.
• You propose methods/tools/indicators adapted to piloting needs and ensure change management for the deployment of project management frameworks.
• You prepare, organize, and lead governance meetings by developing materials through data collection, updating dashboards, and their analysis.
• You are responsible for the proper production of deliverables, and your reports provide a concrete vision of the project's progress to management.

Your position will be essentially located on the client site, but you also have the possibility to come and work within the M|P agency at 49 Bd Marius Vivier Merle | 69003 Lyon, right next to the Part Dieu station.

🔎 The Project Management Officer role requires high adaptability, a strong sense of service, and high-quality professionalism.

• You have a Bac+5 degree, an engineering background 🎓
• You have previous experience in project management within an industrial environment.
• You are fluent in English and French.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and wish to add value in everything you undertake.

• You demonstrate versatility and curiosity.
