This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team and play a key role in project planning, scheduling, and successful delivery on complex construction programs.

We are seeking a Project Controls Engineer / Project Manager with strong scheduling expertise to support large-scale building construction projects. This role focuses on schedule development, short interval planning, critical path analysis, and stakeholder coordination to help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related technical field required.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction scheduling with strong expertise in Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling.
  • Experience developing and managing Short Interval Production Schedules (SIPS).
  • Familiarity with Lean Construction practices, including the Last Planner System (LPS), pull planning, and milestone tracking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Onsite experience supporting large, complex commercial construction projects in project controls, project management, or QA/QC roles.
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, drawings, specifications, and project execution.
  • Experience with Programmatic Schedules, Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), and Time Impact Analyses (TIA).
  • Familiarity with PMIS platforms such as Procore, Kahua, or similar software.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred: Experience on large data center, technology campus, or complex MEP-heavy projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and maintain Short Interval Production Schedules (SIPS) at the project and program level.
  • Lead pull-planning sessions and coordinate schedule updates with contractors, vendors, and project teams.
  • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and maintain accurate project schedules.
  • Manage and update Project Schedules, Programmatic Schedules, and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
  • Evaluate schedule performance, risk, Time Impact Analyses (TIA), and change orders.
  • Support onsite progress meetings and communicate scheduling impacts to project stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across teams to align project scopes, sequencing, and deliverables.
  • Participate in design reviews, procurement discussions, and coordination meetings to support project execution.
