About the Role

The EDF Projects division is looking for a Project Control Manager F/H to strengthen its team at the Saint-Marcel (71) site!

The Project Control Manager is responsible for monitoring and measuring project performance. They provide the Senior Project Manager (SPM) with a synthetic view of the project to help them make decisions.

The Project Control Manager manages a dedicated project control team.

Main Missions

• Support the Senior Project Manager (SPM) in defining the project organization, project management procedures, processes and data, in compliance with contract requirements and internal standards.
• Ensure the effectiveness of project control management in terms of organization to plan, execute, monitor and deliver deliverables in accordance with project requirements.
• Manage the development of reference documents and procedures, including: the project management plan, the work breakdown structure, the description of work packages, the scope definition, the project schedule, project costs and the assessment of risks and opportunities.
• Ensure the alignment of Framatome's internal procedures and processes with those of the client.
• Measure physical progress and performance against the baseline schedule and budget, analyze project deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Manage the interface with the information systems team to ensure that the project management information system (technical IMS excluded) to be used meets the standards and requirements of the client and Framatome.
• Propose improvements to increase the collective performance of the project team and the execution of project priorities.
• Support the SPM in carrying out internal and client project reviews.
• Pilot the estimation process.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an engineering school or holder of a Bac+5 equivalent, with project management skills.

Experience

• Professional experience of at least 10 years in project management
• Proven management skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Previous exposure to one or more international infrastructure projects within a project management team, as program vice president or project control manager
• Proven experience in nuclear projects
• Proficiency in project management methodologies, particularly PMI (PMP certification is desirable)
