Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to manage and oversee lighting projects from our office. This role involves maintaining strong client relations, troubleshooting installation issues, and effectively scheduling and dispatching technicians.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee product delivery to clients.
  • Ensure site safety and compliance with procedures; conduct training as necessary.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project schedules.
  • Review Purchase Orders and Sales logs daily to update crew schedules.
  • Oversee material orders and delivery schedules.
  • Communicate with General Contractors to provide updates on delivery and work times.
  • Conduct daily debriefs of work performed and compile reports.
  • Validate and award subcontractors for project work.
  • Perform quality control on project completion.
  • Assist in vehicle maintenance programs and GPS tracking.
  • Monitor inventory in collaboration with the Warehouse Manager.

Essential Skills

  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience in construction and construction management.
  • Proficiency in customer service.
  • Effective scheduling and dispatching capabilities.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and managing change orders.
  • Ability to maintain client relations and handle RFIs.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Some schooling in construction management or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret site drawings and blueprints.
  • At least 2 years of construction experience.

This position is based in a professional office environment, with a 'work hard, play hard' mentality. The role involves being in the office 80% of the time to manage crews and projects. Enjoy company outings and discretionary remote work days.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50,000.00 - $55,000.00/hr.
