Zgemi Inc. is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to enhance construction project management in a fast-paced environment. Bring your organizational skills to support effective communication and seamless day-to-day operations.
This full-time, permanent role is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with a passion for construction management. You will work closely with project managers and teams, coordinating multiple construction projects, maintaining documentation, and scheduling effectively. You'll also interact with external partners, ensuring that every project exceeds expectations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare essential documentation for project startups
- Monitor and organize site reports on the server
- Maintain stakeholder lists for various projects
- Process change orders and manage site instructions
- Conduct weekly site visits and progress reporting
Requirements
- Post-secondary education in Construction Management or similar
- Minimum 2 years of relevant project coordination experience
- Strong skills in reading and analyzing construction drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License and reliable vehicle required
