For BUHLMANN Rohr-Fittings-Stahlhandel GmbH + Co. KG, we are looking for a commercially trained Project Coordinator (w/m/d) for the international project business – with a focus on order management – at the Duisburg location as soon as possible.
Responsibilities
You will support our Project Managers with all orders from our national and international customers and further develop our project business. You will take over all coordination steps for order processing:
- You will look after our customers and remain their most important contact person until the goods are delivered.
- Through efficient documentation of your orders – recording individual inquiries, creating them in the ERP system (we use MS Dynamics NAV), conscientious contract review, and checking delivery dates – you will ensure that our sales processes become even better and thus secure sustainable customer satisfaction.
- Both in the interest of the customer and with a view to smooth processes, you will coordinate with suppliers, our warehouses, and logistics.
Requirements
- For this commercial-technical interface, you have completed training in wholesale and foreign trade management, freight forwarding and logistics services, office management, or a similar qualification.
- You are resilient, react flexibly to different inquiries, remain calm in demanding sales negotiations and with high order volumes, and keep your projects and their completion in focus.
- Thanks to your experience in the trading business, you know how important considerate communication is: you formulate in a service-oriented, structured, and understandable manner.
- We are a globally active company and therefore must be able to rely on your English skills.

Requirements
- Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung im Bereich Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement, Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, Büromanagement oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation.
- Sie sind belastbar, reagieren flexibel auf unterschiedliche Anfragen, bleiben in anspruchsvollen Verkaufsgesprächen und bei hohen Auftragslagen gelassen und behalten Ihre Projekte und den Abschluss im Fokus.

Responsibilities
- Sie betreuen unsere Kunden und bleiben ihnen bis zur Auslieferung der Ware die wichtigste Kontaktperson.
- Durch effiziente Dokumentation Ihrer Aufträge – Aufnahme der individuellen Anfrage, Anlage im ERP-System (wir verwenden MS Dynamics NAV), gewissenhafte Vertragsprüfung und Kontrolle der Liefertermine – sorgen Sie dafür, dass unsere Vertriebsprozesse noch besser werden und sichern so nachhaltige Kundenzufriedenheit.
- Sowohl im Sinne des Kunden als auch mit Blick auf reibungslose Abläufe stimmen Sie sich mit Lieferanten, unseren Lägern und der Logistik ab.
