Your Tasks – This is Where You Get Involved!

As a Project Coordinator (m/f/d), you actively support project management and site management in planning and implementing wind turbine installations on time and within budget according to the contract. In addition to this general supporting role, you also ensure that project execution meets our customers' requirements.

Close collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g., Engineering, Sales, Service) as well as external partners such as authorities, customers, and suppliers is particularly important.

Furthermore, you will take care of:

• Ensuring compliance with internal goals, local laws and contracts, and customer expectations
• Supporting the implementation of new processes and procedures in Vestas project management
• Ensuring cash management (forecasting and risk management of billing milestones)
• Commercial project processing (obtaining quotes, ordering and tracking materials and services) as well as preparation and triggering of project/milestone invoices

Your Profile – This is How You Convince Us!

• Completed Bachelor's degree - ideally in economics or engineering - or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience, preferably in the construction or technical industry
• Experience in contract management is desirable
• Good SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
