About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Development Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of ongoing projects.

This role is focused on tracking progress, maintaining structure, and ensuring execution stays on schedule and within budget . You will work closely with leadership to monitor multiple projects simultaneously and provide clear visibility into timelines, costs, and key milestones.

This is a critical support role for project execution ideal for someone who thrives on organization, follow through, and precision.

Key Responsibilities

Project Tracking & Coordination

  • Maintain and update project timelines, schedules, and milestone trackers
  • Monitor progress across multiple projects and ensure deadlines are met
  • Track tasks, dependencies, and deliverables across different workstreams

Budget & Cost Monitoring

  • Track project budgets and compare actual vs. planned costs
  • Identify and flag variances or potential issues early
  • Maintain organized records of project‑related financial data

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare regular updates on project status, timelines, and key risks
  • Maintain structured documentation for all projects
  • Organize contracts, reports, and project files

Communication & Follow‑Up

  • Coordinate with internal team members and external parties
  • Follow up on action items to ensure timely completion
  • Document meeting notes and track next steps

Process & Organization

  • Ensure consistency in how projects are tracked and reported
  • Improve systems and workflows where needed
  • Bring structure and clarity to ongoing operations

Candidate Profile

Required

  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Strong written and verbal English communication
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Preferred

  • Experience in construction, real estate, or infrastructure projects
  • Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, etc.)
  • Experience tracking budgets and project timelines

Working Structure

  • Full-time position (40 hours per week)
  • Remote role based in India (candidates must be located in India)
  • Daily coordination with the U.S.-based team in Orlando, Florida
  • Work schedule partially aligned with U.S. Eastern Time
