Project Development Manager - BESS (M/W/D)

We are looking for a Project Development Manager for our BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) division. This role is responsible for managing the development of BESS projects from conception through to financial close.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential BESS project sites.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Secure necessary permits and approvals.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with landowners, utilities, and other partners.
• Support the negotiation of power purchase agreements (PPAs) and other commercial contracts.
• Ensure projects meet all regulatory and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project development, preferably in the energy sector or with BESS.
• Strong understanding of the energy market and regulatory landscape.
• Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD viewer).
