Build and Lead One of the Region’s Most Significant Data Center Projects

We are seeking a high-impact Project Director or Senior Project Manager ready to take the step up to take ownership of a major hyperscale data center mechanical construction program in the St. Louis area.

This is a true leadership role — managing a 12-person project team, driving execution strategy, and serving as the primary client interface on a multi-billion-dollar program.

The ideal candidate is a proven construction leader who can operate at both the strategic and operational levels while maintaining close alignment with project execution.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and mentor a 12-person project management and engineering team
  • Own major portions of the data center mechanical construction scope ( No Experience needed )
  • Carry P&L accountability for assigned project segments
  • Act as the primary client relationship leader
  • Drive preconstruction planning and project setup
  • Oversee project execution from early planning through closeout
  • Protect schedule, cost performance, safety, and quality standards

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of mechanical construction experience
  • 3+ years operating at Senior Project Manager level or higher
  • Experience managing large mechanical scopes ($75M+ preferred)
  • Deep knowledge of process piping and complex mechanical systems
  • Mission-critical, healthcare, pharmaceutical, laboratory, or heavy industrial experience is highly valued
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects from preconstruction through completion

Work Schedule & Compensation Highlights

  • On-site role in St. Louis, Missouri
  • Up to 20 hours of paid overtime per week
  • Weekly per diem support
