In the Advanced Operations (AO) team, we develop and manage production processes for new products. At the interface between internal development, production, quality, and purchasing, we significantly influence the successful market launch of our products. Due to the high degree of innovation in our new products, we constantly need state-of-the-art manufacturing processes.
What We Offer You
- As part of our international Advanced Operations team, you will actively shape process development for innovative products in traumatology, from the initial idea to the successful start of production with efficient manufacturing methods.
- In your role, you will make a significant contribution to achieving short development times, considering innovative manufacturing technologies, continuous further development, and optimization of our manufacturing processes.
- You will independently manage projects and be responsible for the design and implementation of product-specific manufacturing processes and testing strategies.
- You will support component selection, choose suitable suppliers, and establish the supply chain based on economic considerations.
- From the initial idea to series production, you will be responsible for the product's manufacturability and the successful start of production.
- You will work closely with interdisciplinary and international project teams and process experts from various company divisions.

- You have successfully completed a degree in engineering.
- You enjoy delving into complex technical issues and are enthusiastic about innovative, state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies. Your technical understanding enables you to analyze complex technical problems and find optimal solutions.
- You enjoy working in a team, have a solution-oriented mindset, and are very well-organized and structured. Furthermore, you bring a high degree of initiative and determination.
- In collaborating with diverse interfaces, you impress with very good communication skills, your open and positive attitude, and a committed and independent way of working.
- Your very good German and English skills enable you to interact smoothly in an innovative and international environment.
Preferred:
- Initial professional experience in process development, process optimization, and project management.
- Ideally, you have experience in manufacturing processes (metalworking), process validation, and understanding technical drawings.

Please note that this position is initially limited to 18 months, with the possibility of becoming permanent.
