Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in Zug and Schaffhausen, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing engineering projects, creating project plans, and ensuring the successful completion of deliverables. Daily tasks will include coordination with internal and external stakeholders, technical evaluations, and contributing to the design and implementation of new manufacturing assets. The role also requires effective communication and project management to align teams and ensure process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Project Engineering, Project Planning, and Project Management
• Technical expertise in biotechnology and pharmaceutical Engineering
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders in English and German
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Bioprocess technology or related fields
• Prior experience in engineering or project management roles
• Knowledge of aseptic formulation and fill finish processes
