Responsibilities

Project Engineer – Engineering Graduate Program (F/H) – Marolles, France (first year)

  • Join the Interconnect Technology Division within Eaton’s Aerospace business, working on electrical and optical connectors and interconnection systems.
  • Lead the implementation of portfolio and project‑management tools to improve new product development processes.
  • Automate processes related to Research & Development.
  • Foster cross‑functional collaboration with teams across the division to drive operational excellence.

Second‑year assignment – another EMEA country (Czech Republic, Austria, Germany, Italy) in one of the following disciplines: mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, embedded systems, power electronics, product development.

Qualifications

  • Currently possess, or will have obtained, a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering by August 2025 (a master’s degree in these fields is also preferred).
  • 1 to 3 years of experience (including internships).
  • Fluent in French and English.

Additional Information

Because the position may involve information subject to the French “secret de la défense,” the selected candidate will undergo a security clearance procedure in accordance with articles R. 2311‑7 et suivants of the Code de la défense and the decree of 9 August 2021 approving IGI 1300 on the protection of defense secrets.
