Our client, an Energy & Power Generation leader, is seeking a Senior Project Engineering Manager to join their team. As a Senior Project Engineering Manager, you will be part of the Project Engineering organization supporting Gas Power Americas project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
- Lead engineering execution for Balance of Plant (BOP) scope from contract signature through project completion
- Coordinate and guide cross‑functional, matrixed engineering teams across global locations
- Serve as the primary technical interface for customers, EPCs, and internal stakeholders
- Manage engineering scope, schedule, budget, and technical risk throughout the execution phase
- Support customer meetings and drive project requirements across multiple product lines
What’s Needed?
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or related STEM discipline
- Minimum of 6+ years of engineering experience with increasing responsibility
- Proven experience leading engineering execution on complex industrial or energy projects
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical or Electrical engineering principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a matrixed environment
