We're looking for a Project Engineering Manager to play a key role in delivering capital projects within a challenging foundry environment. This is a highly visible position where you'll lead from the front-owning projects from concept through commissioning while developing a growing internal engineering capability.

Responsibilities

As the Project Engineering Manager you will...

• Lead and execute capital projects ranging from equipment upgrades to multimillion-dollar plant improvements
• Drive automation initiatives and process improvements to enhance reliability and performance
• Troubleshoot and optimize systems in a heavy industrial, abrasive manufacturing setting
• Manage and mentor two junior engineers, supporting their growth and development
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and environmental teams

Qualifications

As the Project Engineering Manager you should have...

• Strong project engineering experience within heavy manufacturing (foundry, metals, chemicals, or similar)
• Proven ability to manage capital projects end-to-end
• A hands-on problem solver with a passion for continuous improvement
• Leadership potential with a desire to mentor and develop others
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment
