Project Engineering Manager (Secondary Packaging) - Rayong Factory

A DAY IN THE LIFE...

• Involve in planning and executing of the project in secondary and tertiary packaging parts focus on flexible and rigid packaging
• Coordinate and lead the planning, design and execution of CAPEX Project across multiple teams locally and globally
• Oversee project scope, timeline, budget, standards, local laws and regulations
• Supervise project construction, contractor safety, equipment installation, commissioning and hand over
• Collaborate with local and global teams, consultancy, vendors and suppliers

ARE YOU A FIT?

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Automation) or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in plant manufacturing or engineering, with experience in the FMCG sector being an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in Project Management, with a strong understanding of CAPEX management.
• Proven experience in third-party management and working with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, and conflict management skills.
• Excellent reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English
• Flexibility in working hours, as adjustments may be required due to different time zones of project teams.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SAP, and MS Project.
