Project Estimator / Jr Project Manager

Summary

General Responsibilities:
Candidate will work as a project team member and in a support capacity in a rapidly growing Construction Services department for an architectural aluminum composite material (ACM) panel manufacturer and fabricator. Candidate will perform a wide array of tasks such as: producing shop drawings; producing programs in proprietary software for use with a CNC machine; performing material takeoffs; providing drafting support relative to ACM products; and associated technician-level support to the Construction Services team. The candidate would be required to manage multiple project support tasks at a time and coordinate with the respective project managers on varying levels of technical tasks.

The candidate will also need to have the ability to be a productive member of a collaborative team while ensuring strict adherence to all design and construction requirements. The candidate must be able to manage tasks in a manner that will limit Laminators’ risk or exposure. There is a heavy demand on AutoCAD drafting skills in this technician-level position. This is a developmental position that will provide task-specific and software-specific training.
