  • Participate actively in project and operational meetings, providing valuable financial guidance and insights.
  • Monitor variances, trends, and potential financial risks, effectively communicating findings to stakeholders.
  • Engage with a broad array of stakeholders within operations, finance, and leadership to drive financial success.
  • Update and maintain financial models, reports, and tracking tools utilizing Excel and internal systems.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • For Project Finance Analyst: 2-5 years of experience in a financial analyst and/or project finance role.
  • For Senior Project Finance Analyst: 5-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey assertiveness and confidence when interacting with stakeholders.
  • Proven expertise in managing budgets, forecasts, and conducting financial analysis.
  • Strong ability to establish and maintain working relationships with non-finance partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the construction industry is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced Excel capabilities (financial modeling, pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
  • Previous experience supporting project-based or operational teams.

Why We Value You

  • Enjoy a direct hire opportunity with a growing Project Finance team of about 25 professionals.
  • Collaborate closely with Construction Operations to influence meaningful project outcomes.
  • Gain comprehensive exposure to the full lifecycle of construction projects, understanding the financial impact on delivery.
  • Experience a highly collaborative environment that prioritizes relationships and stakeholder engagement.
  • Benefit from strong onboarding and training, designed to deepen your understanding of the construction process.
  • Engage in a non-traditional finance role that values communication, partnership, and innovative problem-solving.
