A well-established company based in Pretoria West is seeking a seeking a highly organised Projects HOD to join their team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management and leading technical or industrial teams
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of integrity and strong leadership capability
- Ability to work full-time onsite in Pretoria-West
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Project Management: Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution, define scope, set objectives and monitor progress
- Operational Control: Manage changes to scope, timelines and costs while reporting performance outcomes to management
- Financial Oversight: Control project budgets, monitor costs and ensure financial targets are achieved
- Risk & Documentation Management: Identify risks proactively and maintain accurate project documentation and reporting systems
- Leadership & Team Development: Supervise project teams, conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and promote a strong performance culture
