Requirements

• Proven experience in project management and leading technical or industrial teams
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• High level of integrity and strong leadership capability
• Ability to work full-time onsite in Pretoria-West

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Project Management: Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution, define scope, set objectives and monitor progress
• Operational Control: Manage changes to scope, timelines and costs while reporting performance outcomes to management
• Financial Oversight: Control project budgets, monitor costs and ensure financial targets are achieved
• Risk & Documentation Management: Identify risks proactively and maintain accurate project documentation and reporting systems
• Leadership & Team Development: Supervise project teams, conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and promote a strong performance culture
