Role Description

As an Implementation Manager, you will be an instrumental part of our dedicated and cross-functional team, ensuring the seamless integration of our ERP document automation solutions for our clients. Your technical expertise and project management skills will be essential in driving successful outcomes for our customers. Working closely with our sales and development teams, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the onboarding and implementation process.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Fluency in English and German (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team and clients to understand specific ERP document processing requirements and design tailored implementation plans that align with their needs.
• Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring smooth delivery and a high level of client satisfaction.
• Work closely with our development team to address technical challenges, customize the system to fit clients' unique workflows, and ensure successful integration with their existing systems.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, providing regular updates and addressing any inquiries or issues that may arise.
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of our implementation methodologies.
